There are strong links between the various denominations in Cheadle Hulme. There are three Anglican churches, one Catholic, two Baptist, one Pentecostal and one United Reformed churches, and the Society of Friends all of which are represented in ecumenical activities.
Churches Together in Cheadle Hulme has active sub-groups for Christian Aid; Communicare (a local transport and care initiative); and local Evangelism.
